ReBound allows you to directly market to what we call “hand raisers”—potential customers who have browsed a specific product or service on your website, but left without leaving their contact information. This new web technology allows businesses to automatically mail a follow-up postcard to website visitors—regardless of if they leave their mailing address or not. This is done by use of tracking software that is able to match the user’s device ID with their home mailing address. The user’s data is not stored anywhere and is simply relayed to an automated system that sends a pre-designed postcard within 24 hours.
