Further, to ensure compliance as set forth by the New York State Department of Health regulation, effective 4/1/2005 all Skilled Nursing Facilities are required by law to conduct criminal history record checks (CHRC) via fingerprinting, on all NON-LICENSED direct care personnel.

REHAB SERVICES

PTAs and COTAs – per diem day shift – experience in similar setting required

FINANCE

Billing Specialist – Full Time, M-F 8-4

Candidate must have 2+ years of experience with billing, charge entry and denial management in an institutional setting. Strong knowledge of ICD-10 diagnosis codes and medical terminology for billing and A/R follow-up. Extensive knowledge of all payer source billing timeframes and managed care regulations. Must possess 2+years of experience collecting from secondary insurers and private accounts. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. Must have outstanding customer service skills. Proficient in use of computers and keyboarding, Excel and Word. Prior experience with ADL Systems a plus

ENGINEERING

Maintenance Mechanic – Full Time/ Temporary to possible permanent position

Candidate needed for 8 weeks. Must have High School/GED diploma. Must have minimum 3years experience in the field of H.V.A.C. , A valid E.P.A. certificate; type universal preferred. Trade school experiences a plus. Must have full proficiency/command of the English language. Previous supervisory experience specifically in a healthcare setting a plus. Must possess a ‘Clean” valid NYS driver’s license.
